Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product has not been dispatched.
- Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@moortiemporium.com or call our customer care number.
Refund Policy
- If the cancellation is made within the allowed time and the item has not been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If the order is cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted, and the refund will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected.
Return and Replacement
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
- We offer a replacement or refund for damaged items after verification.
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made or made-to-order products unless damaged during transit.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Custom or personalized products once made.
- Delay in delivery due to courier or natural causes.
- Products returned without original packaging or used items.
