At Moorti Emporium, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality handcrafted idols and sculptures. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction while also maintaining fairness to our artisans.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product has not been dispatched.
  • Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@moortiemporium.com or call our customer care number.

Refund Policy

  • If the cancellation is made within the allowed time and the item has not been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If the order is cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted, and the refund will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected.

Return and Replacement

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
  • We offer a replacement or refund for damaged items after verification.
  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made or made-to-order products unless damaged during transit.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Custom or personalized products once made.
  • Delay in delivery due to courier or natural causes.
  • Products returned without original packaging or used items.
