- We offer free shipping on most products across India.
- Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the size of the product.
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation, unless specified otherwise (for customized products).
- All shipments are done via trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
International Shipping
- We ship our products worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight, and destination country.
- Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance in your country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Packaging and Handling
- All items are carefully packed with protective materials to avoid damage during transit.
- For fragile moortis and marble idols, special wooden crate packaging may be used.
